Mark Community Association was founded in 1970, primarily to create a recreation field for the villagers. In 1984, the Mark Village Hall was constructed and officially opened, serving as a vital community hub ever since.

Mark Community Association consists of a small number of volunteers who kindly give up their time to help maintain the hall and host a number of events throughout the year.
